County of Hudson Notice to Respondents
Notice is hereby given that Qualification
Statements will be received by the County of Hudson, State
of New Jersey at the Administration Building Annex, Hudson
County Freeholders Chambers, 567 Pavonia Avenue, 3rd
Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 on May 7, 2008 at
11:00am prevailing time, and at that time and place publicly
opened and read for the following:
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR
THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES-OUTSIDE
COUNSEL
"TO ADVISE THE COUNTY AND REPRESENT ITS
INTERESTS IN REGARD TO ITS OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS SET FORTH
IN NEW JERSEY COURT RULES 1:33-9
AND N.J.S.A. 2A:24-8 AND -9"
Requests for Qualifications are available
in the Office of the Hudson County Counsel, Administration
Building Annex, 567 Pavonia Avenue, 4th Floor,
Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 or by phone (201) 795-6250,
Attention: Erin Kochanski, Legal Secretary. Qualification
Statements shall be submitted in accordance with the Request
for Qualifications.
Qualification Statements may be submitted
in person or by courier service. Though Qualification
Statements may be sent by courier service, the County takes
no responsibility for the loss, non- delivery or physical
condition of the Qualification Statements so sent.
The Request for Qualifications is being
solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with
N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, et seq. The County reserves the right,
in its sole judgment, to reject any Respondent that submits
incomplete responses to this Request for Qualification, or a
Qualification Statement that is not responsive to the
requirements of this Request for Qualifications.
