Specifications and bid forms are available in the office of the County Purchasing Agent, 567 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey (201)-795-6280. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and shall be in accordance with the specifications contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders and other bidding documents.
Bids may be submitted in person or by mail. Though bids may be sent by the mail or other courier services, the County takes no responsibility for the loss, non-delivery or physical condition of the bids so sent.
The Bid proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 and all other requirements set forth in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to use the statement forms contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders.
The County of Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of the bids
