PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
HUDSON COUNTY DRAFT
OPEN SPACE & RECREATION PLAN

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:27-4 and N.J.A.C. 5:85-3, the Hudson County Open Space Advisory Committee has established a Public Hearing to give the general public an opportunity to provide comment on the Hudson County Draft Open Space & Recreation Plan. The public hearing will be conducted by the Hudson County Open Space Advisory Committee at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday February 23, 2005 in the community room of the Lincoln Park Administration Building located in Lincoln Park in Jersey City, NJ (near the Casino in the Park restaurant; nearest intersection - West Side Ave. and Belmont Ave.). The public may comment orally at the public hearing or submit written comments. Written comments may be provided electronically, by fax, regular mail, or even by e-mail and must be received by the close of business on February 25, 2005.
