The Hudson County Planning Board was established by a resolution of the Hudson County Board of Chosen Freeholders on September 27, 1962.  The Hudson County Planning Board is a semi-autonomous, quasi-judicial body organized under the County Planning Act (N.J.S.A. 40:27-1 et seq.).  The Planning Board has jurisdiction over all subdivisions and site plans for development and redevelopment along county roads or affecting county drainage facilities.  For additional information or assistance, please call the Hudson County Division of Planning at (201) 217-5137.
