1.           Resolution establishing temporary Capital Budget for 2006. 

2.          Accepting the recommendations of the Hudson County Open Space Advisory Board amending the Hudson County Open Space, Recreation and Historic Preservation Trust Fund Program Statement. 

3.          Approving an affiliation agreement between Meadowview Psychiatric Hospital and Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services for Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) - November 11, 2005 to October 31, 2006. 

4.          Awarding Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services contract non-fair and open contract for Management Consulting Services, the Regional Alliance for Small Contractors - February 1, 2006 to August 1, 2006 ($70,000.00).

9.          Approve Purchasing Agent’s Award - Construction Contract:

The following ordinance will be introduced: 

1.     Bond Ordinance providing for the undertaking of capital projects by and for the Hudson County Community College in the City of Union City and in the Journal Square Area of Jersey City, each located within the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey; appropriating $25,000,000 therefore and authorizing the issuance of $25,000,000 bonds or notes of the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey, for financing such appropriation, the principal of and interest on the aggregate principal amount of which will be entitled to State aid, pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Laws of New Jersey of 1971.
