following ordinance will be introduced:
1.
Bond Ordinance providing for the undertaking of capital
projects by and for the Hudson County Community College in the
City of Union City and in the Journal Square Area of Jersey
City, each located within the County of Hudson, State of New
Jersey; appropriating $25,000,000 therefore and authorizing
the issuance of $25,000,000 bonds or notes of the County of
Hudson, State of New Jersey, for financing such appropriation,
the principal of and interest on the aggregate principal
amount of which will be entitled to State aid, pursuant to
Chapter 12 of the Laws of New Jersey of 1971.
