Jersey City, NJ — County Executive Tom DeGise will present his annual "State of The County" Address on Thursday, February 14th at 5:30 pm. The title of the address is "One Bite At A Time." It will focus on the county's efforts to patiently and diligently address thorny social problems like recidivism and chronic homelessness and to help jump start development in parts of West Hudson. The address will be delivered in the Ann O'Malley Freeholder Chambers in the the County Administration Annex.
