The mission of OMWBE is to promote equality of economic opportunities for MWBEs and to eliminate barriers to their participation in county, state, and federal contracts.

Our objectives:

• To encourage and assist MWBEs in contracting a fair share of available government contracts.
• To maintain a directory of certified MWBEs businesses.
• To promote the develpment of small businesses through education, seminars, and referrals.
