Columbus Day Celebration 10/9 in Hoboken

Honoring the "Great Navigator" — Join County Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise, Hudson County Freeholder Anthony "Stick" Romano and Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer as they honor Christopher Columbus with the traditional wreath laying ceremony, special presentations and a continental breakfast reception on Friday, October 8, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. The ceremony will take place at Columbus Park, located at Clinton and 10th Streets in Hoboken.  The event is sponsored by County Executive's Office, Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Hudson County Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs.
